How. I. Eat.

My son and I in my Ground Zero Garden in lower Manhattan

I’ve been writing a lot lately about eating better for yourself and for the planet. Some of that is The Climate Diet, out this week from Penguin Press. Other thoughts are in two posts on The Mediterranean Diet here and here.

But this week a really well-informed and careful interviewer from GQ Magazine sat down with me (ok talked with me over zoom) and we really hashed out what it is I eat and why. Reading back the condensation of our talk revealed a few things to me. I still think there are changes to make but I feel like I’m zeroing in on what might work.

Here’s a link to the whole GQ Interview.
